Travel with a Purpose

We work closely with schools, Universities, and private groups from churches & synagogues to families and groups of friends or colleagues to customize meaningful trips that are safe, meaningful, and authentic for each group.

Travel to Guatemala to meet our Fellows, learn about their leadership development journey, see their innovative projects in action and immerse yourself in the beauty and richness of the local community. The work component of the adventure focuses on supporting our local Fellows to have the resources and support that they need to implement education solutions in their community. During the trip, participants will have the opportunity to;

• Meet some of our Fellows 
• Visit Fellows’ project sites and volunteer alongside community members
• Be exposed to new traditions, languages, cultures, and cuisine
• Go on meaningful adventures that allow you to explore the natural beauty and wonders of the Country – ziplining, hiking etc.

Through the Fellows program, ConnectED harnesses the energy and commitment of local education leaders by nurturing, building, and mobilizing their skills and strengths to improve educational outcomes for youth in their communities.  The Fellows’ projects have resulted in increased access to education (classrooms and preschool construction), improved teaching ability (training and curriculum development), and increased technology literacy for both teachers and students.
