Martín worked as a principal for four years before returning to his current teaching role. In addition to education, Martín works in agriculture and is an active volunteer as secretary of the COCODEs and assistant mayor. He is passionate about participating in community organizations and is part of a cooperative of individuals from various communities.
Martín is passionate about providing training for youth to combat issues like drug addiction, alcoholism, and juvenile delinquency. He also advocates for women’s rights awareness to address mistreatment and ensure their protection by relevant institutions. Martín was drawn to ConnectED due to the pressing needs he observes in his school, including the lack of support for maintenance, equipment, infrastructure, and didactic materials. He is eager to improve his school and leave a lasting impact.
